Online Order Exchanges (72 Hours)

To ensure your satisfaction, you may request an exchange within 72 hours of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition: unused, uninstalled, and fully saleable.

Ensuring Safe Returns (Original Packaging)

We require the product to be returned with its original packaging (box and internal materials) intact. This ensures the item is protected during transit and guarantees a safe return. Exchanges cannot be processed without the original packaging.

In-Store Purchases

Products purchased in our physical store are final for change-of-mind requests, as you've had the security of inspecting the item before purchase. If your item is damaged upon arrival at your location, please see the "Guaranteed Damaged Product Support" section immediately below.

Your delivery is secured. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. A clear video documenting the damaged part is mandatory for exchange to verify the damage quickly. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement immediately, at absolutely no extra cost or worry to you.

Upon safely receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will promptly process your exchange and securely arrange for the delivery of your new item.
